Terms and conditions for using the NepalOTP platform.

Our Services are subject to rate limits and usage restrictions as outlined in your pricing plan. Excessive use beyond your plan limits may result in additional charges or temporary suspension of service.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated.
Our Services operate on a credit-based system. You must maintain sufficient credits to use the Services. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire unless your account is terminated.
We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEPALOTP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
While we strive for reliable message delivery, we cannot guarantee that all messages will be delivered successfully or within a specific timeframe. Message delivery depends on factors outside our control, including carrier networks and recipient devices.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NepalOTP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services, and any unused credits will be forfeited.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
