1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NepalOTP APIs, dashboard, or associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
NepalOTP provides dedicated infrastructure for high-priority transactional OTPs, operational SMS, and AI-moderated Bulk/Promotional SMS. You agree NOT to transmit unsolicited marketing spam, phishing content, or deceptive financial solicitations.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We target a 99.99% monthly API uptime SLA. In the event of carrier outage, traffic automatically re-routes across secondary local SS7 gateways.
